When is Replacement Available?
Replacement may be available instead of a refund for certain eligible products, for example in the following situations:
Replacement Process
After a customer submits a replacement request, the following process is generally followed:
Replacement Stock
If the same product or variant is available in stock, we will try to provide a replacement. If replacement stock is unavailable, an applicable refund or alternative resolution may be offered.
Different Colour / Variant
Changing the colour or variant based only on customer preference is generally not considered a replacement reason, unless that option is specifically available on the product page.
Replacement Product
Replacement items are also subject to availability and the applicable product-specific policy.
When a Replacement Request May Be Rejected
- The product was damaged by the customer
- The product is in used condition
- Accessories or components are missing
- The request is made after the allowed request period
- The product is not eligible under the applicable return / replacement policy
- There is a suspected fraudulent claim
